I called Sir Grout to come and repair grout in a shower that was only 3 years old. Jay was able to come and estimate the job the day after I requested an estimate. After he took the time to explain his process, I also had him include two additional showers in his scope of work. He did a great job and everything looks brand new again.
I had a very small job-some grout had chipped between 2 tiles in my bathroom floor. It was minimal, but I'm selling my home and want it to look pristine. One company turned me down because the job wasn't worth their time. But Jay came and took care of the project efficiently. The floor looks great! He was also very considerate to wear a mask and gloves, because I'm high risk. I think he's not only good at his job but a very nice person.
