Great experience. Sir Grout had excellent communications and followed up with texts about our appointments for the estimate and then service. Cody fixed the grout in our shower and on our floor, it blended in so well with the old grout that you can't tell where the work was done! Cody was so friendly (my dog loved him) and I would happily recommend Sir Grout.

Sir Grout was great customer service from the first initial phone call! The first rep to come out and give an estimate was very easy to work with and listened to what my expectations were! The service tech was prompt, informative, and extremely clean! The only thing I will say negative is the payment process.
Please when sending a confirmation of the appointment you explain that payment is paid to the service tech. I know it's written in fine print in the contract but an easy find reminder would have been great! Overall our experience was great! Thank sir grout for making the bathrooms look new.
