Jay and his assistant did an amazing job on the slate floor in the front entrance to my home. They were professional, efficient, safe (they wore masks) and did one heck of a great job on an old floor. We were all astounded out how well it came out. The difference in the way our shower looks is night and day. Jay responded quickly when I reached out, came to our house for a quote soon after that, was masked and respectful, and scheduled the work to be completed shortly after. The day he was here he was very thorough and showed us color options so we could decide what best matched our tile. I can't say how well it holds up yet since the work was just completed last week, but it looks fantastic and the service was top-notch!

Sir Grout was very professional in all their dealings ranging from initial contact, communicating realistic outcome expectations, right through to execution. The age and condition of our slate floor posed some challenges to achieving the desired appearance.
