The 5 star reviews are true! I was considering tearing out all the tile in my shower and replacing it with large panels to eliminate most of the grout lines, but I hated the thought of spending all that money and dealing with the mess. After reading so many great reviews for Sir Grout, I figured it was worth a try. What a wonderful company! Dave come out for the estimate and explained everything thoroughly, giving me a lot of confidence in the process and expected results.
Tara was an absolute pleasure to talk to on the phone when scheduling the work. Then Mike showed up to do the work, and he did an amazing job cleaning, coloring, and sealing the grout. He thoroughly cleaned up afterward, even cleaning out the laundry tub where he dumped his bucket! They saved me a bunch of money and my bathroom and shower look brand new!
Great experience. Sir Grout had excellent communications and followed up with texts about our appointments for the estimate and then service. Cody fixed the grout in our shower and on our floor, it blended in so well with the old grout that you can't tell where the work was done! Cody was so friendly (my dog loved him) and I would happily recommend Sir Grout.
Highly recommended! Our grimy shower stall is now a thing of beauty. And the floor tiles gleam with new grout. Excellent job and fair price.
Sir Grout was great customer service from the first initial phone call! The first rep to come out and give an estimate was very easy to work with and listened to what my expectations were! The service tech was prompt, informative, and extremely clean! The only thing I will say negative is the payment process.
Please when sending a confirmation of the appointment you explain that payment is paid to the service tech. I know it's written in fine print in the contract but an easy find reminder would have been great! Overall our experience was great! Thanks Sir Grout for making the bathrooms look new.
