The difference in the way our shower looks is night and day. Jay responded quickly when I reached out, came to our house for a quote soon after that, was masked and respectful, and scheduled the work to be completed shortly after. The day he was here he was very thorough and showed us color options so we could decide what best matched our tile. Sir Grout was very professional in all their dealings ranging from initial contact, communicating realistic outcome expectations, right through to execution. The age and condition of our slate floor posed some challenges to achieving the desired appearance. The virtual consultation was great. When the work was done, they wore masks and were very nice. The work looks great, they removed silicon caulking that has deteriorated and replaced. Now looks much better!
